    Waterborne Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Dispersions

    Even though solvent-based silicone PSAs are the main trend in the current market however the needs of the solvent-less PSAs/eco-friendly solvent silicone PSAs are increasing to meet the trend of the sustainable trend in consumer electronics. Among these solutions, Emulsion type PSAs became a relatively suitable system for tape and label application. The content includes the study of the limitation of how to produce an emulsion silicone adhesive with the gum in high visicosity and solid-like MQ resin. Meanwhile the possibility of hybridization with other organic adhesive has also been addressed.

    溶劑型矽利康壓敏膠是目前市場上的主流體系,但是為了因應目前環境永續發展之趨勢需求, 環保型溶劑/無溶劑型矽膠的需求有日益增加的趨勢.其中水性矽膠是其中一個相對適合膠帶/自黏性商標市場的使用體系. 在本文中針對在矽膠中最主要的兩個成分, 高黏度的膠水與固態型態的增黏樹酯在傳統乳化製程設計上的侷限性進行探討並進一步評估其應用與搭配其他非矽膠水的可行性.
