    雙固化技術在電子及新能源汽車膠合劑的應用

    Abstract:
    UV curing technology has certain limitations because of the UV light is not reachable in shadow area of the object during the curing process. Also, the liquid state might cause the risks such as corrosion and loss of bonding strength. Recently, Eternal has been committed to developing a variety of dual-curing products, include UV-thermal, UV-moisture or UV-cation curing types, and they are suitable for wild applications, such like the automotive electronics, 3C electronics, conformal coating, bonding technical adhesives, and other fields.
    The epoxy-modified acrylate resins, synthesized with epoxy and acrylic bi-functional groups, after cationic curing, promote epoxy ring opening and polymerization with double bonds. Therefore, the cured adhesives exhibit higher strength and hardness, and provide their durability to chemical and thermal environment. Furthermore, the Silane-modified acrylates, by introducing acrylic-silane or epoxy-silane and condensation with catalyst, provide high flexibility and bonding strength to achieve better compensation of modulus.
    UV/LED initial cure provides production accuracy within seconds. Moreover, Eternal products have low-temperature curing (60-100°C) characteristics, achieving a complementary mechanism of full curing and cross-linking. The dual-curing adhesives offer supplementary curing mechanisms of UV-curing, thus simplifying the manufacturing processes, facilitating automation, ensuring reliability of processing quality and maximizing the flexibility of different manufacturers.

    UV固化具一定的限制性,如陰影區無法固化,膠液可能會腐蝕基材和黏合強度喪失等風險。長興,提供的雙固化技術可以是UV-熱固、UV-濕氣或UV-陽離子,適用於汽車電子、3C電子、三防膠、結構膠等領域。
    基於環氧改性丙烯酸酯,其具環氧與丙烯酸雙官能基,在陽離子偕同光固化下,促進環氧開環並與雙鍵產生聚合,可表現更高的強度、硬度與對化學和熱環境的耐久性。而矽氧烷改性丙烯酸酯,藉由引進烯基或環氧基矽氧烷,與催化劑進行縮和反應,提供高柔韌性與黏合強度,達到更好的模量補償。
    UV/LED 初始固化,可提供幾秒內生產精度。且長興的產品具有低溫固化(60-100°C)特性,實現二次固化交聯的互補機制。其可簡化生產流程,便於自動化,並最大限度地提高不同製造的靈活性。
