Personal Biography：
Steven currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager at Qualipoly, overseeing research and development as well as business strategy. With 13 years of experience in the synthetic resin industry, he specializes in UV-curable materials and electronics polymers.
He earned his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with cum laude from Iowa St. University in 2011. Prior to joining Qualipoly, Steven was working at Ames National Lab of DoE in the USA as an assistant Priciple Investigator. Qualipoly Chemical Corp. is a leading company in UPR, UV curable materials and coating resins, having business sales across 45 countries around the world.
